Kombat Fitness (KF) is an Integration of basic boxing / kickboxing training and Circuit Resistance Training. KF uses a variety of different training modalities to accommodate all fitness levels and goals. Through KF our clients will improve footwork, increase agility, improve cardiovascular and strength conditioning, improve core strength and learn boxing / kickboxing techniques.
Two Class Types
Kombat Fitness (KF) All-Levels classes are designed to accommodate clients who have minimal boxing / kickboxing experience. The KF All-Levels classes place added focus on proper technique for both striking and resistance training circuits, while still providing a challenging workout for participants of all skill levels.
Kombat Fitness (KF) Advanced classes are designed to challenge clients with prior boxing / kickboxing experience. The KF Advanced Program is ONLY available to clients that have completed an evaluation and been approved by the KF Instructors. This evaluation is based on both experience and fitness level.
